**You Are**:
**The Opportunity**:

- Plan and execute supply chain projects for UST’s customers
- Working with the development and consulting teams to deliver SAP Services and solutions.
- Serving as a trusted advisor to clients to help them meet business needs through innovative solutions.
- Build professional relationships with clients, management, and team members to ensure delivery of proposed solutions, support for the development of business possibilities, and for personal development
- Contribute to high productivity and motivation of the working team with the use of your communication skills and cooperation; reach and realize project aims and outputs

**What you need**:

- At least 15 years of Industry or consulting experience
- Experience manging or leading an Enterprise transformation
- Knowledge of Vendor landscape, management of Vendors and RFP life cycle etc.
- Have played the roles of IT Sr Manager or above
- Current knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA, RISE and other migration options
- Degree in computer science, engineering science, or equal education
- Needs to be able to lead client meetings as well as participate in pre-sales activities.
- Management of On-, Near-, and Offshore teams and the ability to work with large, decentralized project teams.
- Familiarity with market-leading project accelerators.
- Strong communication skills.
- Able to discuss in-depth technical issues with development and functional teams.

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.

**Role Location**:Remote (East Coast)

**Compensation Range**:$ 163,000-245,000

**Benefits**

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.

Full-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) program with employer matching.
