**Summary**:
In this role, you will be reporting to Head of Value-Added Services (VAS) product, APAC You will be responsible for commercial development of our Value Added Services (VAS) products for the agencies in their respective regions. You will be working closely with the team to maximise revenue and profitability, enable and animate the network to promote the products to achieve operational goals.
We are looking for someone who is customer oriented with strong analytical mind and good problem-solving skills.
**Main Responsibilities**:
Organise training and provide support for animation of agencies VAS Champions, sales teams and various stakeholders with right product knowledge and tools
Provide support, mentoring and training to agencies VAS Champions
Collaborate with eCommerce team to promote VAS for SpotOn digital customers
Establish relationship with clients through regular visits and calls to promote our products
Monitor and analyse performance of agencies to ensure objectives are achieved, and provide monthly updates to Head, VAS Sales
Gather feedback from the network and collaborate with Product Lab and Product Managers to improvise existing products/processes and development of new ideas
Provide feedback to HO on local market conditions and provide benchmarking of similar services by competitors
Devise and implement action plan for each agency to achieve annual targets for each agency
Identify and define role, scope and soft skills objectives for agencies VAS Champion
Coordinate and collaborate with Head of VAS Sales and local agency management to identify area of improvement for agencies VAS Champion and propose training and development roadmap
Drive VAS promotion to Strategy Account
Drive engagement during exhibitions and events
To excel in this role, you should possess great communication skills and the ability to perform under pressure.
**Minimum Requirements**:
Degree in relevant discipline
At least 2 years of experience working in Shipping and/or Logistic industry
Ability to travel when required
Advanced proficiency of MS office suite i.e. Excel function - vlookup and pivot table
**This role is opened for local employment only.
