**Summary**:
In this role, you will be reporting to Head of Value-Added Services (VAS) product, APAC. You will be responsible in driving performance on VAS products alongside with VAS sales manager by providing data analytics and identify areas of improvement.
We are looking for someone who is customer oriented with strong analytical mind and good problem-solving skills.
Main Responsibilities
Provide in-depth analysis on performance and identify potential opportunities and/or issues along with VAS Sales Manager
Provide product specific analysis control i.e. SPGO, Detention & Demurage Free-time extended etc
Conduct audit as required to ensure no revenue leakage
Coordinate with Product Lab to provide VASCO updates to Sales network
Participate UAT of VASCO and provide feedback to Head Office
Provide training and support to Agency on VASCO implementation and usage
Provide support to APAC Value Added Services team on various projects
To excel in this role, you should possess great communication skills and the ability to perform under pressure.
**Minimum Requirements**:
Degree in relevant discipline
At least 2 years of experience working in Shipping and/or Logistic industry
Advanced proficiency in MS Powerpoint, Excel i.e. vlookup and pivot table
Knowledge on Power BI or QlikSense will be advantageous
**This role is opened for local employment only.
