The VAS Support will be responsible to support the VAS Managers in the commercial development of Value-Added-Services (VAS) products in Asia Pacific. You will be executing the plans of VAS Managers and working closely with the network in Asia Pacific to enable the achievement of the revenue of respective VAS products.

**The main responsibilities are, but not limited to**:

- Support VAS Managers to implement action plan for each agency to achieve annual targets.
- Support VAS Managers with daily, weekly and monthly performance update to APAC and HO management.
- Provide support for the animation of the VAS Champions, sales teams and various stakeholders with right product knowledge and tools.
- Support VAS Managers to collaborate with Key Account Management team, and eCommerce team to drive VAS promotion to respective customers.
- Promote VAS products through calls and visits to customers.
- Monitor agency VAS performance with local Champions and sales teams to ensure objectives are achieved.
- Gather and understand feedback from agencies on VAS products and performance, and to provide feedback to APAC and HO management.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in relevant discipline.
- Experience in Shipping or Logistics will be added advantage.
