1. Brief Description

**Scope**: China Cluster, Philippines, Bangladesh

**Manager, Regional VAS Sales is responsible to**:
Enable and animate network to sell VAS to achieve operational and financial VAS goals

Define VAS target and monitor performance

Support to develop VAS products

Develop VAS Champion

2. Key Accountabilities/Duties

Responsible for the commercial development of our Value Added Services in the agencies in their respective regions and scope.

Coordinate the training, support and animation of the VAS Champions, sales teams and other stakeholders in the region, and ensure they have the right knowledge and tools to sell our VAS products and services.

Drive VAS promotion to Strategy account

Work with eCommerce team to promote VAS for SpotOn digital customers

Participate directly in the commercial effort, and support sales during customer visits and calls when needed.

Ensure that VAS is promoted actively during any exhibitions / events organised locally.

Define and implement action plan per country and set annual targets for each agency

Monitor performance of each agency with local VAS sales teams, ensuring objectives are achieved, and provide monthly updates to Head of VAS Sales.

Coordinate with Product Lab & Product Managers to bring back feedback from the Sales network, to help improve existing products/processes and develop new ideas.

Provide feedback to HO of local market conditions and benchmarking of similar services provided by competition.

Define clear commercial roles and scope, Soft skills objectives for each Agency VAS Champion.

Organize support, mentoring and training for Agency VAS Champions.

Identify weaknesses and strengths (technical and soft skills) and propose development and improvement roadmap for the Agency VAS Champion, in coordination with Head of VAS sales and local agency management.

3. Requirements

**Required Education**: Bachelor degree

**Experiences**: 5 years and above of work experience in Shipping/Transportation Related industry

Experience in training sales team

**Skill Sets**:
Ability to manage and supervise regional/country offices performance

Deep knowledge on CMA CGM Value Added Service offerings

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Able to work independently to achieve the goals

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work under ambitious and pressure

Customer Oriented

Flexibility to travel globally

Advanced MS (Excel/ Power point) skills

**Language Skills**: Fluency in English required for both written and verbal communication.
