In October 2021, SODA Inc. expanded its horizons by launching a Singapore branch, marking its first international venture beyond Japan.

**The Role**:
SNKRDUNK is seeking a hardworking, detail-oriented, and passionate team member with an interest in sneakers, trading card games, and/or fashion streetwear to join our global expansion team. This role involves assisting our marketing team, primarily with marketing campaign efforts. Your work will encompass executing, optimising and reporting digital marketing campaigns.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the design team to create compelling visuals for owned channels, such as EDM, app banners, and landing pages.
- Write and design engaging content for CRM channels and digital ads, aimed at driving conversions and user acquisition.
- Identify and monitor trends in the market to improve marketing efforts towards conversions and user acquisition.
- Work with the marketing team to brainstorm new ideas and strategies for growth, engagement, promotion, and conversion.
- Monitor and assist with weekly digital marketing reports for ads and campaigns.
- Collaborate with Business Development & Product team to provide marketing support for new initiatives, including on-site events, contributing to brand visibility.
- Support additional marketing initiatives and perform ad-hoc tasks as needed.

**Preferred Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Creative, curious, and analytical mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to identify trends that would impact the business.
- Interest in marketing, communications, and reputation management.
- Familiarity with content design tools, such as Adobe Photoshop.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Willingness to perform other ad-hoc duties as required.

Pay: $3,500.00 - $3,800.00 per month
