The Registrar’s Office (RO), in the Student Academic & Services Department (SASD), requires a motivated, independent, and experienced Senior Executive to support RO in the planning and organization of the University’s ceremonial events, SASD-level strategic events, as well as RO’s activities and operations.

**Responsibilities**:
The incumbent is required to:
NTU Ceremonial Events- Plan and organise ceremonial events at NTU, namely on-campus Convocation and off-campus Convocation in China with the Team Lead, Ceremonial Events Unit.- Manage academic regalia.- Oversee the maintenance and updating of the Convocation website.- Provide secretariat support to meetings.- Oversee logistics and other matters pertaining to ceremonial events.

Department and Office Events- Provide effective administrative and logístical support to SASD and RO strategic events including event and logístical planning, and on-site execution.- Monitor project progress/milestones, budgets, expenditures, and day-to-day project needs including, but not limited to, organisation of meetings with multiple stakeholders.- Oversee the maintenance and disposal of physical Student P-files.- Oversee the facilities and general office maintenance.- Oversee the updating of RO website and student intranet as a Web Editor.- Manage RO staff welfare matters including the organization of teambuilding activities.- Oversee secondary administrative roles and responsibilities as assigned.

**Requirements**:
- Diploma holders with at least 3 years of events management, preferably in an academic sector.-
- Proficient in using virtual conferencing platforms (Zoom/MS Teams), HTML5, and Sitefinity preferred.- Good interpersonal skill.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Meticulous and has an eye for detail.- Self-motivated, takes initiative, and can work independently.- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines.- Track record in working with people from diverse background and levels.- Resourceful and problem solver.
