Our services includes dredging works, installation of seawall, complete suite in shore protection works, land reclamation, stone revetment/reinstatement works, sand stevedoring and discharging services.

We are expanding rapidly and are looking for a team of motivated and dynamic individuals who are keen to grow with the company.

**Reports to**: Director

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare tender documentation, drawings and pricing.
- Evaluate tenders/cost and advise the Directors on contractual matters.
- Prepare project daily reports.
- Assist Financial Manager in the preparation and monitoring of progress claims and payments/retention sum.
- Assist in verifying subcontractor claims, progress claims and invoicing.
- Generate monthly reports on progress of projects.
- Submit quotations for variation works.
- Perform on-site measurements to verify and validate monthly progress claims.
- Provide administrative and contractual support and maintain all required project information throughout each project for claim purposes to ensure that the claims data are up-to-date and comprehensive.
- Attend to site matters where necessary.
- Any other duties as assigned from time to time.

**Qualification & Certification**:

- Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying

**Requirements**:

- Possess at least 2-3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
- Have experience in sourcing materials, tendering and measurements.
- Good working attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Able to work independently.
- Proficiency in AutoCad and Microsoft Office.

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
