**The Opportunity**
We are on the lookout for an experienced Procurement Officer to join our Supply Chain Team.

Reporting to the Procurement Team Lead, you will be collaborating with stakeholders to support purchasing and sourcing activities. You will need to ensure that purchase and payment activities support the achievement of business objectives while also ensuring compliance with relevant legislation across the Company’s operational jurisdictions.

This is a full-time permanent position based in our Singapore office with applicable work-from-home arrangements.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manages full spectrum of procurement for vessels allocated to him/her. from requisition to supply in accordance with procurement policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with stakeholders for local delivery and/or international shipments.
- Work collaboratively with various stakeholders to ensure order fulfilment and best practices for procurement.
- Monitor, record and report on Vendor Performance and KPI data to manage suppliers’ performances.
- Drive improvements of procurement systems and processes.
- Reduce operation overhead by improving and removing unnecessary elements.

**Requirements**:

- 3 years’ experience working in a similar role in marine industry.
- International shipping / logistics experience (preferred if less than 3 years in the role in marine industry.
- Minimum relevant tertiary education qualifications.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly MS Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional planning and organisational skills.
