We are looking for a procurement officer to oversee purchasing activities and ensure that purchased items are both cost-efficient and of high quality. The procurement officer's responsibilities includes Cost Comparison, maintaining positive supplier relations, evaluating supply options, Managemeent approving purchases, and maintaining accurate records.

To be successful as a procurement officer keeping up with the Competitive Market product and service trends. Ultimately, a top procurement officer should be able to negotiate well and ensure that all purchases comply with company standards.

Working Hours - Monday to Friday except Public Holidays - 0800 to 1800

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all activities relatig to purchasing of Products equipments and materials of the company.
- Raise and Prepare Cost Comparison Summary Listing for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.
- Following and enforce company's procurement policies and procedure prior approved from management.
- Review, Cost comparing, analyzing, Materials or products,services to be rendered / purchased.
- Manage inventories and maintaining accurate purchase pricing records.
- Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product range, etc.
- Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiate Prices.
- Research and evaluate potential prospective suppliers.
- Prepare budgetting, cost analyses, and reports for management review and decision making.
- Raise and prepare quotations

**Requirements**:

- Diploma
- Diploma / Degree in accounting, business management or a similar field.
- 2+ years of experience or in a similar position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software.
- Good Communication and negotiation skills.
- Good strategic thinking skills.
- Supervisory / management experience.
