The position is responsible for partnering and supporting the departments in National University of Singapore (NUS) to manage a full spectrum of procurement activities.

Duties & Responsibilities

Support the overall procurement of Central Procurement Office for General Goods and Services (GGS) to ensure strict compliance with the University's Procurement Policy and Guidelines Provide advice, communicate and collate feedback from users on procurement policy, procedures and templates Perform procurement planning together with Department(s) Point of contact with suppliers, specialist departments and procuring entities for all procurement matters Procurement support for quotations, which includes review / preparation of procurement documents to ensure compliance with University Procurement Policy and Guidelines Draft and review Quotation Recommendation Report for approval; and provide support for evaluation processes, including any clarifications Perform system transactions in NUS' e-procurement portal such as issuance of Purchase Orders, Publication, Award, uploading of contract catalogues and perform Goods Receipt (electronically) for procurement requests from users Identify opportunity to streamline procurement processes for improvement Regular reporting of procurement performance and spend analysisQualifications
