Summary

1. Design and build a “Flight Dispatch Operations” tableau dashboard focusing on analyzation of historical weather against Scoot Operating mínima to determine the dispatchability of a flight during a certain date period and time. Matched against the historical record of Scoot disruptions over the years. This project will aid Dispatchers, Pilots and Flight Operations to make better operational decisions and improvement of network schedule to avoid AOG due weather. (See ATQ AOG between Dec to Feb every year)

2. Project testing and implementation:
a. eWAS Flight Operations Project.

b. Enhancements for Scoot Flight Planning System, LIDO. (Performance Module, Best Runway and Traffic Flight Rules)

3. Review and update Scoot Flight Dispatch Manual against the current processes, focusing but not limited to the below:
a. Flight Ops inventory management

b. Overflight Permits. (Seasonal & ad hoc)

c. Establish and update procedure of route database verification with SQ

4. Analyse and review existing procedures to exporting /importing company databases (routes, airports, rules, mínima) from current LIDO environment to LIDO web-based environment.
