Job Summary
- Report to Head of Biopharmaceutical and Life Sciences
- Main focus will be in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia market

Essential Job Responsibility
- Identify and develop opportunities within multiple biopharmaceutical end-user accounts
- Build strong relationships and networking with key end customers, influencers and channel partners
- Manage key end user accounts
- Develop strategies for penetration, expansion, and adoption of our products in the end user network
- Follow up on sales enquires and secure orders
- Provide timely quotation, tender and sales forecast
- Develop new accounts and maintain current accounts
- Ready to be the technical resources for the customers
- Provide visibility to where our products have been used
- Able to provide customer service and discuss customer needs; and create opportunities to position and reposition of our products to maximise the market penetration
- Work closely with different Subject Matter Experts from our principal manufacturers
- Actively participate in Bio events and trade shows
- Ready to learn new product portfolios

Required education / experience
- Bachelor Degree in Biotech, Engineering, Biology, Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Food Technology, Molecular Biology, Microbiology, Life Sciences, Chemical Engineering, or science related
- 2-3 years working knowledge of biopharmaceutical prod processes with a focus on SUS tech

Required Job Qualifications
- Strong technical skills with a focus on Biology or biopharmaceutical process development
- Understanding of the bioprocess manufacturing process, both upstream and downstream, and how single-use benefits the process
- Ability to deal effectively with all levels of the end user organizations from the operator all the way to upper management
- Professional self-starter who thrives to in working in an autonomous environment
- Must have strong management skills
- A solid sales acumen, with ability to promote “value”
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customer centric mentality
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from internal groups and external customers
- Strong written and oral English communication skills
- Exceptional project management skills
- Negotiating skills

Preferred Job Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to manage and maintain formal programs and large account management
- Experienced with multiple channels distributions; direct sales;
- Previous employment at a bioprocessing manufacturers or single-use supplier
- Understanding ISO, GMP, and other regulatory requirements
- Experienced with CRM
- Ability to leverage social media

**Expected Salary**
- $ 5,000 - $6,000 / month
