
Sales Manager

Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue targets in the on-premise channel.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including bar and restaurant owners and hotel managers.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop new accounts in the on-premise channel.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales promotions and programs to increase sales.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and progress towards goals.
- Attend industry trade shows and events to network and stay current with industry trends.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment and customer service.
- Provide training and education to customers on products and promotions.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in wine/spirits industry
