DESIGNATION : Manager, Programmes (21-month contract), Office of Advancement

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in supporting the International Advisory Council (IAC) initiative in a secretariat capacity
- Required to schedule and plan IAC meetings, prepare IAC meeting agenda, collate materials for management’s presentation and prepare minutes of the meeting
- Implement resolutions, directives or actions as required
- Develop, execute and review IAC projects/programmes
- Build and maintain effective relationships with IAC members and connect members with internal stakeholders to work together on common goals
- Run appointment, resignation, election/re-election and/or member onboarding process
- Support IAC events, including theme curation, speaker engagement collateral development, website write-ups and support for end-to-end event execution
- Prepare annual reports, e-Newsletters and collaterals which articulate the impact of IAC and its programmes
- Keep abreast of all trends in the industry

QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree with minimum 8 years of demonstrated outstanding performance in communications role
- Extensive experience working across different communication platforms
- Proven track record in the communications discipline is a plus
- Good digital marketing skills, MS Office knowledge and web-publishing knowledge is an advantage
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively
- Able to work with internal and external senior stakeholders
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism in all circumstances
- An effective team-player, mature and able to work independently
- Analytical and meticulous with attention to important details
