**Job Purpose**:
The IT Engineer provide 1st and 2nd level Operation System Support (OSS) for Production & IT Infrastructure and Systems, End User Computing for PC hardware, Enterprise (Corporate) Applications, Telephony and related technology.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operation System Support (OSS) and End User Computing_
- Support, troubleshoot and resolve level 1-2 technical level problems or issues with workaround and escalate to vendor and OEM/Principal IT vendor for support and resolution for Production & IT infrastructure and systems and End User Computing for PC hardware, Enterprise (Corporate) Applications, Telephony and related technology.
- Liaise between different stakeholders to ensure smooth operations, support and delivery of IT services for Production IT system support and End User Computing.
- IT Infrastructure, Telecoms, System and Network_
- Perform daily and regular preventive maintenance, monitor and report on Production IT systems, End User Computing devices and related services health to ensure BAU.
- Assist System Administrator and Engineer in maintaining local/sites office IT Infrastructure, Telecoms, System and Network Equipment.
- IT General Administration_
- Update and Upkeep IT Assets, assist System Administrator and Engineer in IT procurement and services for hardware equipment, software, services and subscriptions.
- Provide provision of IT service, hardware and software assets to staff, onboarding and dekitting.
- Create, maintain, update and improve OSS and EUC process, procedure and work instruction, user-guide, and technical documentation.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in IT or equivalent.
- 1 or more years of relevant working experience.
- Hands on administration experience in supporting and maintaining IT infrastructure, telecoms and systems.
- Certification in various IT Infrastructure, Microsoft Technology or Networking technology would be beneficial.
- Fresh grad with relevant internship experience and aptitude will be considered.
