The role will be responsible for coordinating global product allocation, supporting sales, distribution sales management, data collection and analysis, and own the customer complaint resolution process.**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Sales and Account Management**
- Responsible for annual, monthly and daily product allocation globally for select product groups including Carbonate / ASR, Hydroxide, and Chloride
- Develop intimate knowledge of customer accounts and be in direct contact with select customers
- Support execution of global pricing decisions and maintain list pricing for commercial team to include solvent pricing and other costs

**Commercial Data & Analysis**
- Coordinate and consolidate of monthly sales report, forecast consolidation and forecast changes
- Collect and analyze data (Excel, databases) as well as build insightful presentations (PowerPoint) for use with Customers, Suppliers and Management Team to support decisions
- Manage Business Intelligence (BI) budgeting and forecasting, CRM system and SharePoint

**CRM & SAP Support**
- Reviews CRM data monthly for duplicates of accounts and contacts
- Ensure critical data is in entered into new accounts (eg: customer Tier)
- Sends weekly reminders on complaints that are awaiting commercial closure

**Product Data Sheets**
- Track and help update all PDS data
- Routes through document management
- Works with Livent Communications to ensure pdf is updated on website

**Contract Management**
- Tracks all commercial agreements in SharePoint
- Compiles monthly and quarterly data for reporting to finance
- Routes agreements for signature in Adobe Sign

**Additional Responsibilities**
- Develop deep knowledge of markets, key accounts, and a general understanding of our business with a focus on how to improve the business (e.g., customer experience)
- Attend NAFTA trade shows as needed to assist in customers interactions, promotional materials, etc. as well as host on-site customer visits

**Supervisory Responsibility**:N/A**Education and Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a science/engineering or technical field is required.
- One to three years of experience working in sales, marketing, R&D or function supporting the commercial activities of a specialty chemicals or materials company or an adjacent space.

**Knowledge and Skill Requirements**
- Proficient in MS Office required
- SAP experience is a plus
