**About this Role**
Our regional commercial team is seeking a
**Digital Commercial Solutions Specialist** to complement our project controls and risk management teams and support our continued data driven digital transformation. You will be working primarily on the digital transformation of project controls solutions and the evolution of our design risk management strategy through identification of opportunities to enhance our design data analytics capabilities together with hands on practical intervention on projects.

**What will I do?**
- Design and execute data science processes/workflows, bringing novel and creative insight opportunities
- Support the development of new digital capabilities including 5D (Cost) and 6D (Sustainability) BIM
- Provide digital guidance, advice and direction to enhance commercial and risk appreciation within our core engineering disciplines
- Support the practical implementation of digital commercial solutions on complex projects at all stages in the lifecycle including bidding, project establishment and delivery.

**What will I bring?**
- 4 years post qualification experience as a Quantity Surveyor, Construction Manager or Civil / Structural / Building Services Engineer in either a Professional Consultancy or Main Contractor (Tier 1) environment
- Good working knowledge of engineering design, buildability, and construction technology in the Australian market
- Knowledge and understanding of Building Information Management (BIM) including 5D (cost) and 6D (sustainability)
- Good understanding of different types of BIM software (e.g., Revit, Tekla, Solibri, 12D, BIM360)
- Keen understanding of stakeholder needs and excellent communication/interpersonal skills to match (both written and verbal)
