**About the Job**:
The Marketing Automation & Customer Data Platform (CDP) Lead will be responsible for leading the implementation and effective integration of marketing automation tools across the Group, ensuring alignment across business functions and objectives.
Post-implementation, their focus will include developing strategies for enhancing customer experiences through advanced personalization techniques.

**The Marketing Automation & CDP Lead will be responsible for**:
- Lead marketing automation tools implementation and integration across business functions
- Work closely with relevant stakeholders across the business at all levels to gather requirements and feedback
- Understand, negotiate, and ensure alignment across business functions and objectives with regard to marketing automation tools and CDP implementation
- Strategise and implement advanced personalization initiatives to elevate the customer experience across various touchpoints.
- Facilitate training and create comprehensive documentation to support the adoption and effective use of new marketing tools and platforms.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of personalization strategies, adjusting approaches as needed to meet changing business and market demands.
**In this role, we are looking for someone with**:
- Deep understanding of customer lifecycle management and personalization strategies.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing and scaling marketing automation and customer data platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to product development and strategy refinement.
- Excellent communication skills and adept at managing stakeholder relationships.
- Capability to excel in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and adapting to evolving business needs.
- A strong understanding of end to end lifecycle management for customer
**Good to have**:
- Practical experience with marketing automation tools and CDPs, such as Braze and/or mParticle.
- Background in the insurance or banking sector is advantageous.
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations and compliance standards.
- Experience leading digital transformation projects, particularly in marketing.
