Singapore HPB Health Promotion Board Full time

Health Promotion Board (HPB) aims to increase awareness of the importance of a healthy lifestyle among the general public and encourage fellow Singaporeans to take the first step towards embracing healthy living, every day. The Health Information Department manages the contact centre support requirements for the various HPB programmes and services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Implement and maintain the organization’s knowledge management system in collaboration with appointed vendor
- Convert existing content materials to knowledge articles in the Knowledge Base
- Ensure that KM system is aligned with the organisation’s objectives and goals
- Establish and manage processes for capturing, storing and sharing knowledge across the organisation
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to identify knowledge management needs and opportunities for improvement
- Ensure that the KM system is user-friendly and accessible to users

**Educational Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree qualification

**Relevant Experience**:

- Good appreciation of customer needs at the operational level
- Clear understanding of business situations and processes
- Creative, self-motivated with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with KM tools and technologies will be an advantage
- Excellence communication and collaboration skills
