Senior Administrator

**Responsibilities**:
- Process customer orders as per the Company’s SOP
- Manage customer RFQ and respond to customer queries
- Follow up on open tickets and provide regular updates to customers
- Create invoices for completed jobs
- Provide assistance in audit on quality issues
- Other administrative duties as assigned by the Management
**Requirements**:
- **Experience**: Minimum 1 year relevant experience
- **Education**: Minimum NITEC
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
- Knowledge in SAP would be advantageous
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month
