**Job Description**:
**Purpose of Job / Job Summary**

Incumbent will assist in performing the day
- to
- day HR duties and general admin for project office.

**Key Responsibilities/Duties**
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR & Admin functions and duties interview arrangement, on-boarding/ off-boarding process
- Administrative support in handling phone calls, general enquiries, receiving guest, coordinating incoming and outgoing mails/parcels with courier service
- Compile and update employee records, database, maintain and other related documents
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to HR & Admin activities
- Ensuring smooth office operations such as the replenishment of office supplies, building and facilities management
- Update and maintain leave record
- Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor or HOD

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Human Resource and above or relevant.

**Other Information**:
