Admin Officer

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide general administration support to employees and visitors Manage office supplies stock and place orders
- Raise purchase requisition, acknowledge goods receipts in IFS, verify admin vendor’s invoices Scheduling meetings and booking of meeting/conference rooms when required Assist on Facilities management and Festive decoration in the office
- Covering Reception and attending to visiting guests when receptionist is away
- Arrange fruits, breakfast supply
- Arrange lunches or catering as required for office meetings/trainings/celebrations
- Arrange couriers and mail services including distribute & circulate of mail / post.
- Ensure delivery of housekeepam to ing services for office premises All other ad-hoc administration duties
**Qualifications**:
- GCE O Level / A Level / Diploma in Business studies or any relevant disciplines
**Skills & Experiences**:
- **Able to converse & read/write in Mandarin as you will need to liaise with Mandarin speaking internal & external clients.**:
- **At least 2 years **of proven work experience as an Admin officer or similar role
- The ability to multitask
- Strong problem-solving
- Excellent organisation skills
- Effective communication
- Attention to detail
- With a ‘Can Do’ attitude
- Work location: Raffles Place _
- Working hours: 5 days work week, 9am - 6pm _
