Role: General Manager (Regional Sales)

**Responsibilities**:
・Develop new corporate accounts on a Regional level and promote close co-operation within the company.

・Perform annual planning for regional accounts

・Improve business relationship with regional accounts

・Improve customer satisfaction and implementation of new processes for target corporate customers.

・Report business progress to MD, Dy MD & AVP on a regular basis. (Weekly, Monthly).

・Promote close co-operation with stakeholders

・Develop business plans and supply chain solutions for customers on a Regional level.

・Oversee the execution of strategic business plans towards achieving objectives

・Close communication within the company and stakeholders

・Expand the scope of current customers.

・Collection of receivables of the customers by the deadline

・Report monthly receivables at management meeting

**Job Specifications/Requirements**:
・Bachelor Degree or Masters in Supply Chain Management or related disciplines.

・Over 10 years of regional sales experiences and knowledge in the international trade and logistics industry.

・Understand the management issues

・Frequent Travel might be required.

・Make proposals that improves the corporate value and customer value

・Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

・Team responsiveness.
