**Responsibilities**
- Responsible to perform and verify the end-to-end payroll operations & transactions, provide directions and be hand-on in running of payroll
- Ensure accuracies in payroll administration and compliance to legislative requirements, statutory acts a collective agreement
- Responsible for audit requests by internal and External Auditor, including government agencies matters
- Ensure timely submission of CPF, government paid claim and income tax filing
- Handle and work with appointed vendor on HRIS implementation / enhancement for payroll
- Introduce process improvements and enhancement to enable effectiveness, efficiency and sustainability of payroll operations
- Play in important role in strong governance, implement the right HR practices
- Responsible to run monthly payroll reports, reconciliations and ad hoc report
- Prepare and submit payroll data and reconciliations schedules, man power budgeting, and timely billings for intercompany recoveries such as secondment arrangement
**Job Requirement**
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or related
- Minimum 10 to 12 years of relevant payroll processing experiences in big corporation environment with 8,000 to 10,000 headcounts
- Experiences in supervisory role and leading a team in payroll operations
- Good knowledge of SAP payroll, Microsoft office (especially in Excel, PowerPoint & word
- Experiences in HRIS implementation / enhancement for payroll
- Process oriented and meticulous person with an eye for detail
- Able to work in a dynamic environment, prioritize work tasks, multi-tasking and work within tight deadline
- A person with high level of resilience, a strong problem solver, independent decision-making abilities with excellent communication skills and interpersonal skill
- Good coach with strong enthusiasm in leading and upskilling of the team
- Passionate about quality and continuous improvement
- Experience with Singapore employment act and tax regulation
