**Traineeship Description**:

- This position reports to the Head of Client Service ASIA and interfaces with employees, managers, other team members and Asian Clients. The trainee will actively participate in the day-to-day Client Services’ activities of the entire employee lifecycle. _

- Trainee to be involved in the following activities: _
- 1. _Engaging in the activities of Helpdesk, including analysis of client’s requests or questions, resolve them and escalate these requests to next support level if necessary, using AZQORE’s tools. _
- 2. _Responsible in ensuring proper qualification of tickets. _
- 3. _Coordinate between the different support internal teams and to optimize processes and knowledge management _
- 4. _Prepare Standard operating procedures, training document, KPI reports**Technical Skills and Competencies Trainee will learn**:

- 1. _Personal effectiveness, time management skills, risk awareness and able to work under pressure _
- 2. _Stakeholder engagement and customer service focus behaviour _
- 3. _Gain experience with Private Banking operations/activities (from Front to Back), incident management, problem resolution _
- 4. _Gain foundational knowledge of Banking products, IT processes_
