**Responsibilities**:

- Formulate strategies to maximize rental and occupancy of the properties within the Company’s commercial portfolio.
- Secure new tenancies, identifying market segments and prospects, managing lease renewals with existing clients, and liaise with property agents.
- Conduct market research of competitors and market benchmarks of rentals and occupancy cost.
- Manage tenancy-related issues, compiling occupancy and rental reports and other related lease management functions including but not limited to budgeting.
- Carry out substantive business development work to secure new tenant prospects; identify market segments and provide lease management support.
- Support Manager in preparing annual rental budget, rental forecast as well as monthly management reporting.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Estate Management, Business, Marketing.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experiences in marketing and leasing.
- Sound understanding of the real estate industry with an extensive network of contacts.
- Strong presentation, negotiation and effective interpersonal skills.
