**Position Summary**

The Regional FP&A Analyst will support the overall forecasting, planning and analysis activities for designated stakeholders within Business Unit Finance. The intern will be exposed to following areas:

- Business partnering with various stakeholders
- Business Plan support and analysis
- Data analysis and trend and forecast reporting
- Quarter close and standard reporting

**Major Duties & Responsibilities**
- Decision Support: Learn to prepare ad-hoc reporting & performance analytics work products
- Budgeting, Updates, Standard Reporting/Analytics Execution: Gain understanding of how to deliver balance sheet forecasting work products
- Budgeting, Updates, Standard Reporting/Analytics Execution: Learn baseline Budget preparation work by performing statistical trend analysis
- Budgeting, Updates, Standard Reporting/Analytics Execution: Hands on experience of delivering standard reporting & performance analytics work products
- Governance: Learn to prepare CoE Operational Performance Metrics
- Administrative Activities: Participate in functional or career development training
- Administrative Activities: participate in status or team meetings and provide updates to leadership

**Other Duties**
- Supports ad hoc requests / projects
- Supports continuous improvement activities
- Assists with training fellow team members
- Participates in training to increase knowledge & skill
- Perform performance management activities
- Ensure policies and procedures are followed

**Qualifications**
Required Qualifications**

Required Minimum Education: Bachelors Degree or Equivalent

Required Years of Related Experience: 5+ Years

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (Uncompromised requirements for the role): Microsoft Office (especially excel & power point), Finance and Accounting knowledge

People Management Experience: NA

**Preferred Qualifications**

Preferred Minimum Education: MBA from Reputed Institutes

Preferred Area of Study: Finance/Accounting, CPA, CMA, MBA or ACCA

Preferred Related Industry Experience (if applicable): Corporate Finance/Financial Services

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Knowledge of general finance/accounting processes. Strong influencer, independent thinking and strong planning/prioritization are critical to success. Team player who is passionate & hungry for success. Experienced professional with strong communication skills who is able to interact with senior management is required. Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office is required.
