Job Title: Senior Finance Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced finance professional to join our team as a Senior Finance Analyst. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Assistant Vice President, Finance in overseeing the financial management reporting of the SEA & I group companies.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Financial Management Reporting: Prepare and consolidate SEAI Group and Company post-closing analysis monthly, quarterly, yearly management reporting and presentation materials.
  2. Financial Data Analysis: Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting historical and current financial data of Company and Group performance with detailed financial status reports.
  3. Assistant to AVP: Assist the Assistant Vice President with collating Group companies monthly reporting package for monthly management P&L review, quarterly forecasting process for SEAI group companies, and preparing annual budget preparation for SEAI group companies.
  4. Dashboards and Reports: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor business performance, collaborate with group companies to ensure accurate reporting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and maintaining the integrity of financial data.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Accounting & Finance: A degree in accounting and finance is required.
  • Experience: At least 5-8 years of experience in financial accounting with managerial experience in financial analysis.
  • Skills: Good working knowledge of IFRS, Consolidation, Taxation, SAP, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and financial software.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to interact with region teams and cross-functional teams.
