**EHS & Facility Executive**

**Job Descriptions**:

- Support and oversee the project management for facility refurbishments, renovations, M&E/facility-related repair and replacement works to ensure the works are being carried out in accordance with regulatory requirements and completion in good quality
- Plan and ensure proper operation and preventive maintenance of facility-related equipment such as ventilation systems, fire protection system, security and surveillance system, card access system, plumbing, lighting, etc.
- Liaise and coordinate with contractors for repair and preventive maintenance of facility-related equipment
- Assist to prepare invitation for quotations and tenders on facilities maintenance and A&A works etc.
- Assist in planning and coordinating environmental, health and safety activities including conducting EHS related trainings for employees and contractors
- Inspect and evaluate the environment, equipment and processes in working areas to ensure compliance with Building, Environmental, Health & Safety regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Coordinate and develop emergency response plan to deal with situations such as fire, power outage, equipment failure etc.
- Update and maintain procedures, work instructions, records, and other relevant documentation
- Other duties / ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma or Higher Nitec in Building or Facilities Management / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety) or equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Possess good communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
- Microsoft Office skills required
