A Customer Care Consultant is the first person most customers communicate with when they have a request or concern. He/She must **handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions for customers, and follow up to resolve any issues their customer's experience**. This role also requires performing administrative support to the department i.e. scheduling of work and preparing documentation.

**Customer Service**
- Handle all enquires and complaints
- Deliver customer satisfaction

**Scheduling**
- Arrange technicians' daily work via a scheduling system effectively and timely

**Administrative**
- Prepare OT records of technicians
- Prepare service records and reports
- Filing and recording of information
- Ad-hoc duties at retail shop, when required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $1,800.00 - $2,800.00 per month
