**Job Description**:

- Ensure the safety and well-being of students
- Ensure a positive and nurturing learning environment
- Meet brand standards (image and presentation, safety and hygiene)
- Plan, deliver and present lesson content to children
- Supervise and assist children in daily homework completion
- Regular liaison with parents regarding children's progress and behaviour
- Plan and prepare enrichment programmes/ activities with the Team
- Ensure proper and timely record keeping
- Assist in the day to day operations of the centre and centre management
- Assist in student enrolments (enquiries, assessments, registration, etc.) and area marketing activities
- Assist the Student Care Manager in the day to day administration of the centre (meals, roster, scheduling, payments, etc.)
- Meet customer service standards

Work Location:
Job Requirements:

- Full-time applicants able to commit to a 5-day work week (11am to 7pm)
- "O” level or Diploma qualifications & above
- WSQ Student Care or qualifications in the field of community & social services is an advantage
- Relevant working experience is preferred, but training and mentorship will be provided
- Able to assist students with simple homework (English, Maths, Science and Mandarin)
- Possess genuine love to care for and mentor children
- Good communication skills
- Great sense of responsibility
- Must be a team player
