**This is a 6-month contract position**

The client is a leading technology company that specializes in various digital platforms and services. They are the parent company of a prominent social media platform with a global presence.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Take charge of project management for important initiatives involving multiple workstreams.
- Generate slides, spreadsheets, and documents as necessary to contribute to the success of the overall strategy.
- Provide communications support to various key groups, including HRBPs, leadership teams, and working groups.

**Specific Focus Areas**

Country Diversity-Inclusion Ecosystems
- Assist in developing country plans and ensure centralized tracking of progress across all plans.
- Contribute to priority workstreams in different countries by creating slides, spreadsheets, event calendars, and documents as needed.
- Produce concise communications and updates to share progress within the wider team and broadly across APAC.
- Coordinate regular meetings between Diversity and Inclusion Council Leads (total of 6 councils)
- Manage meetings and agendas
- Track progress on workstreams
- Prepare slides, spreadsheets, and documents required for workstreams
- Maintain a central project plan and ensure timely contributions from working group members.
- Contribute to workplace groups through relevant communications and updates.

APAC Resource Groups Support
- Coordinate regular meetings between Leads (quarterly)
- Manage meetings and agendas
- Track progress on workstreams
- Prepare slides, spreadsheets, and documents required for workstreams
- Maintain a central project plan and ensure timely contributions from working group members.

Establish and oversee a Diversity & Inclusion workplace group.

Minimum Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in program or project management.

Preferred Requirements
