Senior Accounts Executive/accounts Executive

**Working Location**: Central Area, Orchard
As an Accounts Executive, you will be a part of the Accounting team of Richard Mille Asia - the sole authorised distributor for Richard Mille in Asia.
We are currently seeking a talented and driven accounts executive to join our esteemed team. As an account executive at Richard Mille Asia, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our financial integrity and contributing to our continued success in the global marketplace.
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for account receivable function and perform daily bank entries
- Responsible for account payable function such as processing supplier invoices and prepare payment vouchers
- Prepare journal entries for Inventory and Fixed Asset module in accounting system
- Responsible for yearly / ad-hoc stock count and update the inventory records in accounting system
- Processing of staff-related claims
- Responsible for inter-company billings and entries
- Provide assistance to Accountant on month-end closing
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
**Requirements**:
- GCE ‘O’ level/Nitec/Diploma in Accounting/Business Studies
- 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Profiency in English business writing
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Words
- Basic accounting background
- Independent, meticulous and well-organized
- A hands-on team player with initiative and a strong sense of accountability.
**Remarks**
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00PM
- Location: Central, Orchard
