**Region Product Line Manager**:

As a Region Product Line Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring profit & loss and business growth through the regional representation of the Global Product Group, Digital Solution Center. Reporting to SEA HUB Manager, you will oversee all operations management of this Product Group in South East Asia region, over 2 countries - Singapore and Taiwan. The position is based in Singapore.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Implementing the Global Product Group strategy in the Countries/Cluster, and ensuring business development, including profit and loss (P&L), in domestic and allocated markets
- Providing input to Global Product Group strategy. Participating in Local and Regional Business Unit strategy development in partnership with respective local management teams
- Ensuring development of performance targets in line with global targets and ensures achievement through regular oversight and definition of improvement actions as needed
- Evaluating market opportunities and decides appropriate activities in line with the strategy
- Ensuring profitable business growth in the domestic, regional and allocated markets.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction
- Increasing the synergies within this product group and between product groups in the region. Implements the best practices across to build a strong network and cooperation within the region
- Guiding, motivating and develops direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies. Building a strong formal and informal network with relevant ABB entities in the region and globally

**Your background**:

- Bachelor of Engineering from a reputable institute as a pre-requisite, Masters or MBA not necessary but could be an added advantage
- Minimum 10 years relevant work experience, preferably in production, manufacturing, factory operations and leadership & change management
- A good understanding of East Asian cultural traits and sensitivities
- Innovative and not afraid to try new ways or concepts of doing things
- Great communication skills, a people person who’s able to convey strategy & plans in a clear and concise manner to get the team aligned with the overall vision, mission, and goals
- Good understanding of digitalizing electrical systems
- Experience with change management and driving business growth through operational excellence
- Proficient in English
