As a Global Marketing Measurement Lead Specialist, you will analyse marketing metrics across channels, leveraging advanced analytics to maximize ROI. Collaborating with teams, you'll develop a unified measurement approach to optimize budgeting strategies. Additionally, you'll spearhead testing roadmaps across key marketing channels, driving incremental growth, you'll refine marketing tactics based on measurement and ensure alignment with overarching business goals.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Marketing Performance Analysis**:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing performance metrics across all channels, including digital, social media, offline, and more.
- Utilize advanced analytics techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive marketing effectiveness and ROI.
- Provide regular reports and presentations to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and actionable recommendations.
**Measurement Approach and Budget allocation**:
- Build a unified marketing measurement approach using outputs of Multi Touch Attribution models, MMM, lift studies, and platform analytics numbers to inform short-term and long-term marketing budgeting strategy.
- Work closely with Marketing Analytics and Business Strategy teams to provide directions on budget allocation across channels and funnels.
**Marketing Experimentation and Testing**:
- Design and execute A/B tests and experimentation campaigns to evaluate the impact of different marketing strategies and tactics.
- Analyse test results and derive actionable insights to optimize marketing performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Own testing roadmap across key marketing channels such as Meta, google to drive incrementality.
**Cross-Functional Collaboration**:
- Collaborate closely with marketing teams, including performance marketing, brand marketing, global onsite marketing, and product, to align measurement efforts with overall business objectives.
**The Perfect profile**:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Marketing Measurement, Business Intelligence or related field, preferably within the e-commerce industry.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis, data modelling, and visualization tools such as Python, R, SQL, Tableau, or similar.
- Strong understanding of marketing metrics, attribution modelling, and experimental design methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Proven track record of driving business impact through data-driven marketing strategies and initiatives.
