**Sales operation management**
1. Handle sales queries and discuss customer's requirements with the sales director.
2. Prepare quotations based on customers' needs/requests.
3. Support two directors.
4. Issue PO to supplier.
5. Coordinate and liaise with suppliers and forwarders on delivery schedules.
6. Arrange shipment / check shipping document when order is confirmed.
7. Issue DO, update inventory listing.
8. Maintain a healthy level of buffer stock and ensure optimal stock levels.
9. Issue sales invoices when goods are delivered.
**Account & admin**
1. Follow up payment with the customer when overdue.
2. Prepare the doc to send to accounting firm to close account quarterly and annually.
3. Support two Directors' admin tasks
**Requirements**:
1. A bachelor’s degree in business admin/ sales / marketing or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2. Ability to multi-task. Superior interpersonal skills are required to work with the sales manager, suppliers, and forwarder.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
