Roles & Responsibilities

(a) Min Diploma in Civil / Structural Engineering,

(b) Co-ordination of structural drawings with architectural and M&E drawings, highlighting discrepancies between drawings

(c) To coordinate and attend meeting with Consultant and Sub-Contractors to resolve technical issues including preparation of RFAs and RFIs,

(d) Plan, coordinate and supervision of construction works,

(e) To ensure works are carried out in accordance of contract specifications,

(f) Any other related duties assigned by Project Manager from time to time

(g) Experience in HDB project preferred
