You will be responsible for the efficient running of our modern, premium steakhouse, 6650F and further elevating the restaurant to be one of the leading steakhouse restaurants. As the Chef de Cuisine, you will be responsible in overseeing the food preparation & logistics; managing an efficient kitchen team; taking care of the inventory of food and kitchen supplies; leading and inspiring a team of passionate chefs under your charge.
**Qualifications**:
Your Profile
- Professional diploma in Food Production
- Minimally two years’ experience in the capacity of a Chef de Cuisine in a steakhouse restaurant
- Has a sound knowledge in food cost control
- Great flair in creativity
- Exudes passion in food management/creation
- Ability to relate to various cultures and groups
- Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices
- An inspiring leader who manages by example
