**Chef De Cuisine**
**Salary up to SGD 8,000 per Month**

**What you will be doing as a Chef de Cuisine**:
- Reports to the Hotels Executive Chef
- Manage day-to-day kitchen operations.
- Keep track of all the kitchen equipment and inventory
- Provide regular feedback and suggest improvements they need.
- Training Staff
- Responsible for making sure the health and safety regulations are being met.
- Planning, tasting, and modifying the recipes for the food being prepared in the kitchen.
**You will be a great fit if you have**:
- Experience in a Luxury Hotel
- Knowledge of International Cuisine
- Team management skills
- High level of attention to detail
