The Network Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing network infrastructure projects. This role requires exceptional organizational and communication skills to coordinate tasks, resolve issues, and ensure successful project completion. The Network Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize network solutions, address technical challenges, and deliver projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Location: Somerset (Main); Geylang OR Paya Lebar OR Kaki Bukit (Customer's site)
- Duration: 12 months agency contract
- Salary Budget: $6k - $8k
- Working Hour: 830am - 530pm (Monday to Friday)
- After office hour support required during peak period (Time off given)

**Requirement**:

- Experienced in Network Project
- Good technical knowledge in routers, switches and firewall
- CCNA Background/Cert will be an added advantage

**Responsibilities**:

- Creating, maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
- Organizing and running stakeholder meetings.
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
- Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle
- Ability to run multiple projects maintaining quality and control
- Ensuring project deadlines are met.
- Determining project changes and documenting decisions.
- Undertaking project tasks as required.
- Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
- Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
- Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.
- Create project plan and management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective
- Capture meeting notes and distribute to the project team.
- Maintain project documentation / document repository
- Communicate / coordinate outages required for implementations
- Escalate issues that will impact the scope, schedule or budget.
- Maintain project status in Portfolio tool.
- Assure resource allocations to projects are recorded in Resource Management system and appropriate for work to be accomplished.
- Build and maintain working relationships with team members, vendors, and other departments including third parties if any
- Assist in defining project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
