**WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED**:

- Network design and architecture - Understanding and analyzing the bank's existing network infrastructure, designing efficient and secure network architectures for future needs.
- Technology evaluation and selection - Researching and recommending new technologies, hardware, and software solutions for network infrastructure projects.
- Change management - Implementing new network infrastructure effectively, minimizing disruption to ongoing operations, and training users on any changes.
- Data Centres - datacenter network knowledge, include but not limit to switches, routers, cabling, rack integration, routing and switching concept.
- Security Infra
- Compliance and regulatory systems
- Cybersecurity

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:

- Experience in managing senior stakeholders with good communication skills.
- Lead, manage and implement projects to ensure the timeliness and quality of deliverables.
- Assist with regulatory / compliance requirements and business needs relating to the project.
- Support management of project budget and approvals using approved templates.
- Assessment of infrastructure requirements dependencies, constraints, and migration strategies working with the various technology SME's.
- Maintaining good relationship with stakeholders, users, and vendors, etc.
- Support project processes, documentation, progress reporting, status meeting and escalation effectively.
- Identification of resources needed and working with various technology departments to assign individual roles & responsibilities.
- Facilitate meetings with stakeholders regularly and produce status update reports and minutes as required.
- Support corporate workplace driven weekend change events.
