Senior Account Manager

**Overview**
**How You'll Make an Impact**
Coordinate client interactions, campaign delivery, relationship building, and media recommendations for success.

**What You'll Achieve**
- Be the main point of contact for all client's daily communication and oversight; own overall client happiness and proactively find opportunities.
- Work with the Senior Account Manager to optimize, retain, and up-sell business.
- Build effective client relationships as acts as a day-to-day partner; working with them to achieve their marketing objectives and works to nurture and grow the relationship.
- Own projects from briefs to execution with support from the senior account manager when needed.
- Be a committed, responsible and confident leader of projects, who can work independently and as part of the wider team.
- Brief creative, operations and third parties to ensure all parties are fully equipped with the required information and expectations are strictly met.
- Help to manage client finance processes.
- Attend weekly client meetings and action client requests and briefs in a timely manner.
- Own day-to-day client communication, including weekly reports.
- Always provide the standard of service to the client that meets and exceeds client expectations.

- Highly enthusiastic, self-motivated, meticulous, and diligent.
- Strong time management skills with an ability to prioritize.
- Works well individually and as a great teammate.
- Experience collaborating on a fast-paced account across multiple collaborators.
- Diligent individual.
- Strong oral/written communication and negotiation skills.
- Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
- Strong working knowledge of the entire Microsoft Office suite.
- 5 - 6 years of working experience, preferably within an advertising agency and/or technology experience.
- Experience working on APAC & IN markets will be a plus.
