**What you do**
- Origination of corporate and investment banking business across TMT sectors, with deeper focus on semiconductors, hardware, and software segments
- Originate and lead execution of mandate covering various product offerings including Structured Finance, Debt Capital Markets, Equity Capital Markets & M&A Advisory, Transaction Banking, Supply Chain Finance and Treasury
- Prepare financial models with P&L, balance sheet and cash-flow projections based on sound business and market assumptions
- Ensure timely submission of proposals and meeting deal execution timelines

**Qualifications**

**Who you are**
- Degree holder in Finance, Economics, or related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in corporate & investment banking, involving loan syndication, debt capital markets, equity capital markets and merger & acquisition advisory related transactions
- Good knowledge and experience in TMT and understand the relevant geopolitical situation
- Results-oriented, resourceful, and strong business connections in identifying and developing business opportunities
- Maintain discipline in planning of daily activities to support the strategic directions of the Global TMT team
- Strong credit and financial analytical skills, experience in industry research
