**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads or sales.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, product, and sales to ensure alignment of digital initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support digital marketing initiatives as needed.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on managing digital media campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of foreign digital marketing tools and platforms such as Douyin, Weibo, Xiaohongshu, Toutiao, Wechat etc.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis to interpret metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
- Creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of digital trends and exploring innovative marketing approaches.
- Detail-oriented with strong project management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in the tech industry or with tech-related products/services is a plus.
- Able to travel at least once a month to meet stakeholders and clientele is a plus.
