Overview Relationship Manager, Technology, Media and Telecommunications ("TMT") Coverage, Global Corporate Banking (AVP/VP) – OCBC. Join to apply for the Relationship Manager, Technology, Media and Telecommunications ("TMT") Coverage, Global Corporate Banking (AVP/VP) role at OCBC. What You Do Active coverage of TMT customers with a focus on Asian markets including China, Hong Kong, and ASEAN countries. Originate and execute mandates covering various product offerings including Structured Finance, Project Finance, Acquisition Finance, Debt Capital Markets, Supply Chain Finance and Treasury. Prepare financial models with P&L, balance sheet and cash-flow projections based on sound business and market assumptions. Ensure timely submission of credit proposals, pitchbooks and meeting deal execution timelines. Who You Are Degree holder in Finance, Economics, or related discipline. Minimum of 7 years relevant experience in corporate/investment banking for AVP and 10 years for VP. Good knowledge and experience in TMT and understand the relevant geopolitical situation. Results-oriented, resourceful, and strong business connections in identifying and developing business opportunities. Maintain discipline in planning of daily activities to support the strategic directions of the Global TMT team. Strong credit and financial analytical skills, experience in industry research.
