Roles & Responsibilities

**1.**SCOPE OF SERVICES**

1.1. Tenderer scope of services to be provided by the personnel includes:
a) install, configure, upgrade and troubleshoot the PeopleSoft Applications, PeopleTools, Oracle Weblogic, Oracle Tuxedo, Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) and middleware;

b) perform PeopleSoft bundle patch and PeopleTools upgrade

c) support, bug fixes, addressing vulnerability issues/fixes of existing systems;
d) troubleshoot any issues regarding networks, software, hardware and operating systems;
e) maintain and setup for IT Disaster Recovery exercise and ability to design off-site disaster recovery procedure to minimize Recovery Time Objective (RTO);
f) provide trend analysis, planning resource allocation management and maintain up-to-date documentation;
g) provide monthly job request reports;
h) work with the other developers at the Polytechnic.
**2.**REQUIREMENTS**

a) A Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent;
b) At least 3 years of experience in PeopleSoft Administration.

c) Strong technical and analytical skills, meticulous and organized;

d) Experience in Oracle 19c would have an added advantage;
e) Good knowledge and experience in managing UNIX and Windows operating systems would have an added advantage;
f) Good interpersonal, written, oral communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment;
g) A positive work attitude;
