**Business Development**
- Increase the enterprise adoption of Productivity Solution Grant - Job Redesign (PSG JR)
- Drive corporate sales of PSG-JR through cold calling, one-to-one engagement with companies, mass outreach events, and active follow-up on sales leads.

**Marketing & marketing communications**
- Work with internal and external partners to support outreach and networking events, on-line and off-line marketing to increase awareness and adoption of PSG-JR
- Identify and gather success stories on PSG-JR
- Develop and maintain up-to-date marketing collaterals for publicity of PSG-JR.

**Programme administration**
- Administer PSG-JR in accordance with WSG’s requirements stated in the SOP guide.

**Qualifications**
- Min Diploma/Degree in Business/Business Administration/Marketing/Marcom or related disciplines.
- 2 years or more experience is preferred.
- Must be articulate, and confident in promoting programmes to companies one-to-one and during mass industry events.
- Must be result-oriented, resourceful, and possess perseverance in meeting the organisation’s KPIs.
