**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Beverage Preparation**:Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including spirits, beers, wines, non-alcoholic drinks, and a selection of classic and house cocktails, following recipes and standards.
- **Efficient Service**:Provide prompt, friendly, and accurate beverage service to guests, both directly at the bar and for server-placed orders, ensuring a smooth flow of operations.
- **Bar Operations**:Set up and close down bar stations efficiently. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and tidiness of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment.
- **Stock Management**:Assist with basic inventory management, stock rotation, and replenishment of bar supplies.
- **Guest Interaction**:Engage with guests in a professional and courteous manner, taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring their satisfaction.
- **Cash Handling**:Process payments accurately using the POS system.
- **Compliance**:Adhere to all liquor licensing laws and food safety standards.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Bartender or Bar Attendant in a busy restaurant, bar, or hotel.
- Basic knowledge of spirits, beers, wines, and common cocktail recipes.
- Strong customer service skills with a positive and energetic attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/carry supplies as required.
