
Administrative Executive, Spd Rehabilitation Centre

**Responsibilities**
1. Key Responsibilities
1.1 Assist the Manager in administrative support tasks and duties of SPD Rehabilitation Centre (RC), including the day-to-day running of the programme.
1.2 Process and prepare reports for therapy schedules, transport arrangements, referrals, client attendance reports and client billing, as well as any ad-hoc reports pertaining to the programme.
1.3 Ensures accuracy and submission of client records to various systems such as:
- Client Management System (CMS)
- NAV billing system
- Household Means Eligibility System (HOMES)
- Referral System in IRMS
- ILTC Portal for quarterly and annual case load submission
- Devices Claim in SMF E-catalogue System (SES)
1.4 Participate in ongoing mult-idisciplinary Quality Improvement (QI) projects for RC services and administration.
1.5 Assist in the implementation of established operational policies and procedures within the programmes.
1.6 Assist in biennial revision of administrative processes (SOP).
1.7 Serve as a primary point of direct administrative contact and liaisons with external institutions such as AIC, MOH, external auditors, etc.
1.8 Provide support to other administrative functions such as managing the inventory record, procurement of office supplies, etc.
1.9 Any other duties assigned as and when necessary.
2. Professional/Staff Development
2.1 Attend relevant training and courses.
2.2 Be involved in networking with other stakeholders/community organisations.
2.3 Participate in events organised/supported by SPD as required.
3. Administration
3.1 Assist the Manager and other key staff in overseeing and ensuring that the administration and the smooth operation of RC.
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Administration, Management, Social Services or relevant studies.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience or background in social service sector preferred
